Express It Shop Return & Exchange Policy

Express It Shop does NOT accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns, as all items are made to order. However, if you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to us.

All sales are final. We urge you to contact us with any questions about size, colors, or shirt types before placing your order.

You may return your purchase only if there's been an error on our end regarding size, color, or model, and if no more than 72 hours have passed since you received the item.

Returns will only be accepted if the shirt(s) are in good condition and haven't been worn.

Express It Shop will cover the return shipping cost, but only if the mistake was on our end. If not, the return will not be processed. There are no exchanges or returns for discounted shirts.

If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, Express It Shop will take responsibility for the shipment. However, if the damage was caused by carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX, and the order wasn't insured, we can't provide a replacement.

All product images are mockups, so they might not provide a 100% accurate representation of the final product. The actual design might differ.

Please double-check the shipping address you provide. Orders will be sent to the address indicated on the order confirmation/receipt, including Paypal addresses. Any package returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped, and the customer will bear the shipping cost. These packages are not eligible for refunds.
