Processing and Shipping Information
Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, we kindly ask for your patience and to allow 5-10 business days for order handling and shipping. This time frame doesn't include the processing time. Orders are dispatched every Friday, and delivery times can range from 2 days up to 5 weeks (excluding weekends and bank holidays) depending on your location. This extended range is because we ship our products straight from our distribution centers to ensure costs remain low. Keep in mind that these time frames may fluctuate based on the volume of shipments.
Although we're a small, independent business, the aforementioned details are guidelines, not strict rules! Please feel free to contact us if you require any update or clarification on the estimated delivery time for your order.
Lost/Damaged Shipments
Mishaps by carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx are beyond the control of Express It Shop and are not indicative of how we value and treat our customers. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, its handling is outside of our domain.
If you choose to ship your order without insurance, please understand that Express It Shop cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We won't be able to replace or resend items purchased without insurance. Should you wish to add insurance, you can do so by selecting priority delivery during checkout.
Verify Your Address
Please double-check the shipping address you provide, as orders will be sent to the address indicated on the order confirmation/receipt. This includes addresses associated with Paypal payments. Any package returned due to incorrect addresses will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense and is not eligible for a refund.
